The four Ukrainian hostages kept in the territory of the certain districts of the Luhansk region will be released on February 26, Darka Olifer, press secretary of Ukrainian representative to the Group Leonid Kuchma, has said.

"The important piece of news is that on February 26 four people held as hostages in the territory of the certain districts of the Luhansk region will be released. Also, we demand to ensure an access of the specialists of the International Committee of the Red Cross and Doctors Without Borders to the Ukrainian hostages illegally held in the part of Donbas not controlled by Ukraine and those prisoners remaining incarcerated in the territory of the certain districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions," Olifer wrote on her Facebook page on Wednesday.

The international humanitarian organizations must be given an unencumbered access to the part of Donbas not controlled by Ukraine.
