Ukraine to file new claim to ECHR on violation of human rights in Crimea, Donbas

Ukraine is collecting facts of violation of human rights in Crimea and Donbas to file a new claim to the European Court of Human Rights' (ECHR), as the two previous claims are at the communications stage, First Deputy Justice Minister of Ukraine Natalia Sevastianova has said.
She told reporters in Kyiv that Russia has asked for the delay in the communications stage for the third time, until January 2016.
"They are trying to delay the case as much as possible and they have not yet given any answer," she said.
Sevastianova said that Ukraine is collecting the facts of violation of human rights in Crimea and Donbas to register a new claim against Russia, as the previous claims are to be heard and there is no need to expand them with new facts.
"Now we're streamlining everything… the next claim will be filed, so that [the previous claims] are heard sooner," she said.
She said that human rights are still violated in Crimea, in particular, human rights of Crimea Tatars.
She said that Articles 2 and 3 of the convention are permanently violated due to murders of civilians and military servicemen.
