Police transfer Korban from Chernihiv court in unknown direction

Nearly at 08:45 in the morning, law enforcement agencies transferred UKROP party leader Hennadiy Korban from the premises of Novozavodsky Court in Chernihiv, where he was delivered from the hospital on Tuesday morning, and took him in unknown direction.

Judging from online broadcast in YouTube, Korban was brought for the court hearing on choosing him the measure of restraint at around 08:35 on November 3. Later on he was escorted by police from the court hall and operatively put into the minibus with tone windows that left for unknown direction.

Parliamentarians and lawyers of Korban, who attended the sitting, attempted to hamper a removal of the car column from the court's territory, but in vain, the cars with specific signals managed to leave the territory.

A part of the MPs, journalists and public activists followed the police cars.

Meanwhile, lawyers and the rest of the parliamentarians claimed Korban was kidnapped by the law enforces since a 72-hour term of his arrest passed at 08:20 of November 3, and the court failed to choose the measure of restraint by this time.
