Poroshenko proposes Rada introduces institution of private executors of judgments - Kubiv

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has proposed that the Verkhovna Rada should introduce an institution of private executors of court judgments, representative of the president in the parliament, Petro Poroshenko Bloc MP Stepan Kubiv has said.

Poroshenko registered corresponding bill No. 2506a on the authorities and individuals who carry out the enforced execution of judgments and decisions of other bodies in the parliament on August 18, 2015.

"The bill proposes amendments to a number of laws in order to introduce a mixed system of execution of judgments, in particular through the modernization of the state executive service, as well as the introduction of the institution of private executors," the press service said, citing Kubiv.

According to the president's representative in the Verkhovna Rada, the bill defines the principles of the activities of the state executive service, enhances the legal protection and guarantees of the activities of state performers, and establishes the requirements for their professional ethics. In order to improve the functioning of the state executive service, the requirements for persons who carry out the enforced execution of judgments and decisions of other authorities were increased.
