Tuka asks President to create military-civilian administrations in Ukraine-controlled districts of Luhansk region

Chairman of Luhansk Regional Military-Civilian Administration Heorhiy Tuka has asked President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to create military-civilian administrations in all the districts of the region in Ukraine-controlled territories, and in the towns of Lysychansk and Rubizhne.
According to the Luhansk Regional Military-Civilian Administration's press service, the analyses of the socio-political situation in the region, particularly in nine Ukraine-controlled districts and the towns of Lysychansk and Rubizhne, supports the creation of military-civilian administrations.
"The situation is explained by the fact that deputies of town and district councils mostly sabotage sessions by not attending or failing to adopt decisions important for people. Due to the possible escalation of the military conflict in Luhansk region, the blockade of work of regional administrations by council deputies is predicted. It will make strategic decision-making impossible," Tuka said.
He suggested creating district military-civilian administrations in Bilovodsky, Bilokurakynsky, Kremensky, Markivsky, Milovsky, Novopskovsky, Svativsky, Starobilsky, Troyitsky districts and in the towns of Lysychansk and Rubizhne, Novodruzhesk and Pryvillia.
Head of Donetsk Military-Civilian State Administration Pavlo Zhebrivsky also addressed the President with a similar initiative.
