Shelling of ICRC office in Donetsk has no excuse - Foreign Ministry

The shelling of the office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Donetsk, in which one Swiss citizen, an ICRC employee, was killed, has no excuse, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has reported.
"The Foreign Ministry expresses its deep regret and condolences on the tragic death of an ICRC representative, a Swiss citizen, following the shelling by terrorists of the office of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Donetsk. This act of terrorism has no excuse. Bandits and terrorists in an inhuman way dared to take up arms against those who arrived in Donbas with a humanitarian mission - to help people," reads a statement posted on the ministry's official Web site.
At the same time, the ministry said: "This case is in the same plane with terrorists taking OSCE employees hostage and is also directed at intimidating international organizations that help restore peace and calm in Donbas."
The ministry vowed to bring to justice those involved in the shelling of the ICRC office in Donetsk.
