Poroshenko, Kerry speak on phone about humanitarian situation in southeastern Ukraine

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has spoken to U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on the phone, the Ukrainian presidential press service said on Sunday.
"Poroshenko thanked the United States for support and told Kerry that representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) had been invited to coordinate the delivery of humanitarian aid," the report said.
Kerry welcomed the Ukrainian president's initiative concerning Ukraine's launch of an international humanitarian mission for Luhansk residents, the press service said.
