Poroshenko: Russian officers acting against ATO in eastern Ukraine, Russian arms used

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said at a meeting with the heads of law enforcement agencies on Monday that Russian officers are acting and Russian weapons are being used against Ukrainian servicemen in eastern Ukraine.

"New Russian multiple rocket launchers have been used against the Ukrainian Armed Forces over the past three days," he said, adding that the data stating that Russian officers are involved in hostilities against the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been confirmed.
