Speaker opens fourth session of parliament

Ukrainian Parliament Speaker Volodymyr Rybak opened the fourth session of the Verkhovna Rada of the seventh convocation on Tuesday morning.

A total of 378 deputies have registered for the meeting.

The opening session is attended by acting Prime Minister Serhiy Arbuzov and government members, as well as Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka, Head of Ukraine's Presidential Administration Andriy Kliuyev, and the heads of diplomatic missions.
