The Ukrainian Weather Center has announced a storm warning for Tuesday, January 8.

According to the State Service for Emergency Situations of Ukraine, slush build-up and snowstorms are expected in Dnipropetrovsk region and Southern regions of the country.

The service also forecast wind gusting to 15-20 meters per second in Southern regions and in the Carpathians.

The Weather Center also warned drivers to be aware of black ice on roads.
