KEY Group will help KSE in creating new university campus
Engineering company KEY Group has been engaged for the comprehensive management of the project for the renovation of the buildings of the new campus of the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) in Obolonska Embankment in Kyiv, the company's press service reports.
As noted in the release, the project's objective is to maximize the preservation of existing buildings, landscape and green areas, create an open and comfortable environment for learning, sports, and community recreation, as well as preserve sports infrastructure, including the function of a golf club.
"We consider the idea of creating a modern open campus fantastically progressive. It fully corresponds to the values that we share in our work - sustainable development, innovation, inclusivity. We are currently working on studying the condition of existing buildings and developing a concept for their adaptation for educational function. We pay special attention to providing all classrooms with shelters for the safety of students and the KSE University team," KEY Group Director Liubov Tsapenkova said.
As part of the project, KEY Group is collaborating with the FORMA architectural bureau to create a space that will meet the high expectations of future students, teachers and the international scientific community.
The KEY Group team has extensive experience in managing infrastructure projects, in particular, the implementation of one of the largest grain terminals in the Black Sea region for Cargill in Odesa region. We bring together professionals with many years of experience in the field of construction, operation and modernization of buildings and real estate.
The Kyiv School of Economics is a private university and research center founded in 1996. It operates as a non-profit organization registered in the United States. Since 2022, KSE donors have allocated more than $150 million to humanitarian, defense, and educational projects, including the development of university infrastructure.
