Petro Poroshenko met with Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski at the office of European Solidarity.

 "I am glad to welcome a good friend of Ukraine, my old comrade, Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski to our center for assistance to the Armed Forces and to our transparent office. Radek is always where he should be. Today he is in Kyiv, rooting for Ukraine, our struggle, victory and our democracy," Poroshenko stated.

The party leader told the Polish guest about his assessment of the situation on the battlefield, since he regularly communicates with the military and commanders. "Difficult battles require difficult decisions, and granting Ukraine the right to strike deep into Russian territory at enemy military facilities is one of such decisions. I expressed hope for the support and advocacy of our true friends and allies," Poroshenko wrote on social networks.

He also noted that it is important to continue strengthening the "air shield" over the territory of pand it is necessary to find a mechanism to complement the efforts of Ukrainian defenders of the sky and the potential of allies.

The leader of European Solidarity said that for the strategic security of Europe and the world there is no other solution than Ukraine's membership in NATO. They also discussed the situation in the economy, energy, infrastructure of Ukraine and democracy, the rule of law, freedom of speech, as well as the importance of developing multi-party parliamentarism.
