The participants of the Fourth Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen signed a joint declaration on key priorities related to protecting children's rights and ensuring a safe future for children in the family, school, cyberspace and in armed conflicts, First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska said.

"Unfortunately, any country in the world may face a military threat now, today. Therefore, the result of today's summit, today's event is a joint summit declaration. This joint declaration agrees on key priorities for the future. Protecting children's rights and ensuring a safe future, ensuring the safety of the child in the family, school, cyberspace and in armed conflicts for the international community, in particular Ukraine," Zelenska said following the Summit.

The first lady said it is important to focus on the implementation of projects, in particular, in the areas of searching for and returning children, medical care and rehabilitation, providing comprehensive psychological and social assistance to children, as well as the evacuation of minors from combat zones, and ensuring the right of every child to grow up in a family.

"This is exactly what is stated in the declaration of the Fourth Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen.
