Two dead, two injured in enemy attacks on Donetsk region in past 24 hours
Two civilians were killed in the Bakhmut district, Donetsk region, and two were injured as a result of enemy shelling in the past 24 hours, Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin has said on Saturday morning.
"The Bakhmut district. One person was killed and one injured, two houses damaged in Toretsk. One person was killed, six private houses, two high-rise buildings, two industrial enterprises and two non-residential buildings were damaged in the Chasiv Yar community. One person was injured, a house was damaged in Siversk," he said on the Telegram channel.
No casualties were reported in other districts of Donetsk region. However, there were destructions. In particular, many private houses and high-rise buildings were damaged by shelling in Kurakhove, the Pokrovsk district, a filling station was damaged in Hirniak. A gas pipeline was damaged in the Mykolaivka community, the Kramatorsk district, and three houses were damaged in Markove, the Kostiantynivka community.
According to Filashkin, the Russian occupation forces shelled the settlements in Donetsk region 14 times. A total of 2,610 people, including 325 children, were evacuated from the front line.
