HutJet prefab house plant launched near Kyiv
The HutJet prefab-house plant with a capacity of 450 modules per year was officially opened in Brovary, Kyiv region, the company's press service has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"I dream of houses rolling off the assembly line like Ford cars once did. Of technology that goes hand in hand with quality, speed and a fair price. I dream of guaranteed quality, standardization of processes and efficiency of resources. That is why my team and I, despite the war, built the HutJet plant with optimism and faith in the future," the press service quoted the owner and visionary of the HutJet product, Serhiy Samusev.
At the same time, the concept of HutJet – dynamic house – involves prefab technology. Therefore, the format of the modules was created taking into account future transportation, namely 4.5x12 meters. Thus, the area of the manufactured residential module ranges from 45 square meters. To date, 14 residential series of five models each have been developed. Modules of the same series are compatible with each other, and the house can be expanded as needed.
As the press service said, the price is in the range of $1,000 per square meter (the ready house with finishing) up to $1,700 per square meter (completely ready for life, with finishing, appliances, furniture, textiles, etc.).
The plant is located in the industrial quarter of Brovary, the location has good logistics connections with Boryspil and Kyiv. The plant building has an area of 12,000 square meters, in addition to the production itself, it includes an administrative building with workplaces for architects, planners, designers, accounting, financiers, and lawyers. Thanks to the launch of the plant, 300 jobs were created.
As the press service said, production may be expanded in the future.
HutJet LLC was created in July 2023, the charter capital is UAH 10,000, and the final beneficiary is Serhiy Samusev.
