The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has asked the U.S. government to provide "gas lend-lease" to ensure a stable heating season in the country.

"Preparation for the most difficult winter in our history continues, and in this preparation we are looking for all possible tools to be ready for any scenario," Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said in a message on his Telegram channel.
