Borys Kolesnikov and Svitlana Kolesnikova have become direct owners of a 19.42% stake in PrJSC Artwinery (formerly Artemovsk Winery) from Donetsk region.

The company has reported in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market on September 27, 2018.

According to the report, one of the key shareholders in Artwinery – Pivden Firm LLC – cut its stake to 0.0002%. Before the sale of the stake the company held 38.85% of the shares in the company. Borys Kolesnikov and Svitlana Kolesnikova became direct owners of 9.71% each.

Ihor Akhmetov boosted its stake in Artwinery from 19.42% to 23.31%.

Artwinery is the largest Eastern European manufacturer of sparkling wines using classical champagne method. The plant's capacity is 25 million bottles per year. Its trademarks are Krim, Artyomovskoye, Krimart, Charte, and Soloking. The company exports products to more than 20 countries.

Artwinery in 2017 increased its net profit 7.1-fold compared to 2016, to UAH 66.72 million.
