Turboatom sales exceed UAH 2.5 bln in 2017

PJSC Turboatom (Kharkiv), more than 75% of whose charter capital belongs to the state, in 2017 sold products for more than UAH 2.5 billion, company director general Viktor Subotin has said on occasion of the 84th anniversary of the enterprise.

As reported, in 2016 the net sales income of Turboatom was UAH 2.17 billion.

The director noted in 2017 the enterprise signed contracts for UAH 5 billion, which will ensure the plant's loading for the coming years.

"This was facilitated by the fact that for the first time in recent years the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the financial plan of Turboatom for the next year in the current year," the director said.

As reported, the financial plan of Turboatom for 2018 was approved in early December 2017.

Subotin also said that the average wage of the company's employees last year increased by an average of 40%. According to the press service, at the beginning of this year the average salary at the plant is UAH 8,300, and this year it will grow by at least 15%, to UAH 9,700.
