The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) at an auction on August 16, 2017 sold a blocking stake (25% of shares) in public joint-stock company DTEK Donetskoblenergo at the starting price of UAH 143.8 million.

An Interfax-Ukraine correspondent has reported that only one bidder took part in the auction. The bidder did not increase the price.

The auction was held on the INNEX stock exchange.
