Zero tax declaration required in 2016

Disclosure of information on ill-gotten assets in exchange for amnesty should be introduced in 2016 to combat corruption and bring the economy out of the shadow, Head of Ukraine's State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov has said.
"The zero tax declaration should be introduced this year for absolutely all citizens who have assets exceeding UAH 1 million in order to remove business from the shadows. The zero declaration implies the disclosure of information on ill-gotten assets in exchange for amnesty. This could be an effective tool to fight corruption and bring the economy out of the shadows," he wrote on his Facebook page.
