Deloitte Consulting Overseas Projects LLC will provide help in the privatization of public joint-stock company Centrenergo, an electricity generating company, and three regional electricity supply companies Mykolaivoblenergo, Kharkivoblenergo and Zaporizhiaoblenergo.

The press service of the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) reported that the memorandum was signed between the fund and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

"Under the memo, Deloitte will analyze the exploitation state of the facilities and provide its recommendations, appraise the market value from potential buyers," the fund said.

The advisor will give recommendations on the structure of the energy market, regulatory and strategic functions, preliminary analysis of contracts on fuel supply and the initial assessment of the possible options of reformation.
