Poroshenko calls on Israeli businessmen to invest in Ukraine

Despite the difficult situation and challenges, Ukraine is turning into a unique market, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said at the meeting with Israeli business representatives.

The press service of the president reported that Poroshenko assured that Ukraine did everything to create maximally favorable conditions for investments and the open space atmosphere for businessmen.

He said that Ukraine studied the experience of Israel in developing the state despite difficult conditions.

Poroshenko called the fight against corruption a priority in the establishment of favorable business conditions.

In turn, Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Jerusalem, co-founder and co-owner of City Capital Group Ofer Kerzner, said that it is time to come to Ukraine.

Ukraine will become one of the best places for investment in the coming years, he said.

"We believe in the future of Ukraine and will prove it with our knowledge, experience and money," he said.

The meeting was attended by the representatives of companies that already operate or plan to develop business in Ukraine in the spheres of IT, telecommunications, energy, agriculture, medicine, construction, real estate, mechanical engineering and transport.
