Business believes that the parliament and the government need to take a radical tax reform so that he had time to prepare for future innovations, so it is inappropriate to enter into force from January 1, 2016, says European Business Association (EBA).

"I would like to express the hope that common sense will prevail, and we will see a radical change in the tax reform, but the ones that will go into effect not from 1 January 2016, and from 1 January 2017 if they are adopted before July 1, 2016, "- said the executive director of the European Business Association Anna Derevyanko, the agency" Interfax-Ukraine ".

According to her, the closer to the end of the year, the more business requests not to hurry with the adoption of a radical change in the tax law (whether the proposal by the parliament or the Ministry of Finance), because business and society under the legislation should be at least six months in order to prepare for the changes.

"We must learn, above all, members of parliament and representatives of the authorities to execute the laws that they have taken, and then claim it on business and society," - she said.

According A.Derevyanko, EBA representatives discussed with the Ministry of Finance excise tax, which will be incorporated in the draft tax reform, but as a result, submitted to parliament by the Cabinet of Ministers of the project - other sizes rates.
