Three people injured, windows in 73 houses broken after enemy airstrike against Sumy – regional administration

Three residents of Sumy were injured as a result of an enemy airstrike against the city on Friday afternoon, Sumy Regional Military Administration has said on the Telegram channel.

"Today, at 14:55, the Russian forces inflicted an airstrike against the civilian infrastructure and a housing district in Sumy. As a result of the attack, reportedly, three people were injured," it said.

The roof of a non-residential building was partially destroyed and went on fire. However, the fire has been extinguished by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

"In addition, windows were broken in two administrative non-residential buildings and 73 houses. All relevant services are operation on the spot, including 26 rescuers and five units of equipment," the local authorities said.
