Removal of house debris continues after UAV attack in Dnipro, fate of two people unknown – mayor

In Dnipro, rescuers continue to dismantle the rubble of a multi-storey building damaged as a result of an attack by enemy UAVs, the fate of two people remains unknown, according to Mayor Borys Filatov.

"The debris is being dismantled in a residential building on the left bank. The fate of two people, one of whom is 96 years old, is still unknown. Also, all utilities continue to work here - in particular, heat engines, the city water utility, gas workers, because communications have been disconnected in the damaged high-rise building since the night," he wrote on the Telegram channel on Friday.

The mayor said that residents of one and half of the second entrances will be evicted. Specialists will also have to draw conclusions about actions for the rest of the house.

Earlier it was reported that as a result of an attack by Russian drones on Friday night in Dnipro, eight people were injured and civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged.
