The mayors of all cities of Dnipropetrovsk region as part of the Defense Council ensure the safety of inhabitants of the region and the functioning of all life support structures around the clock, according to the website of Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration with reference to head of the Defense Council, head of the local regional state administration, Valentyn Reznichenko.

The head of the region also called on the inhabitants of the region to self-discipline when the air raid alert sounds.

"Air raids are not given for nothing. Train yourself to descend into shelter. Follow the rules. This is very important now. Your life depends on self-discipline," the head of the Regional State Administration said.

At the same time, he noted the conscientious implementation of curfew restrictions by the residents of the region. According to him, since the beginning of the war with Russia, the crime rate in the region has decreased several times.
