In the city of Severodonetsk, an enemy shell hit the gym hall of a school where people were hiding in a shelter at that time, Head of Luhansk regional military administration Serhiy Haidai has said.
"Severodonetsk. A shell hit the gym hall of school No. 16. At that time there were people in the shelter. Previously, no casualties," Haidai said on his Facebook.
