Klympush-Tsintsadze plans to visit Australia in October

Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze plans to visit Australia in October.

The forthcoming visit was discussed during the meeting of Klympush-Tsintsadze with the representatives of the World Congress of Ukrainians in Australia, Canada, the U.S., the head of the World Congress of Ukrainians representative office in Ukraine, and also with Ambassador of Ukraine to the U.S. Valeriy Chaly, the office of the deputy premier said on Facebook.

"They discussed the visit of the deputy PM to Australia planned for October and preparation of the Ukrainian team for the Invictus Games, which will be held in Australian Sydney this year," the message reads.

Klympush-Tsintsadze thanked the Diaspora for close cooperation with the government and expressed hope for further coordination of efforts aimed at communicating the truth about Ukraine in the world, supporting reforms and counteracting Russian aggression, including the information war that the Kremlin is waging against the Ukrainian state.

Representatives of the Diaspora expressed support for the course of the Ukrainian government and appreciated the progress of key reforms aimed at integrating Ukraine into the European and Euro-Atlantic space.

The Invictus Games are held in Sydney (Australia) in October 20-27, 2018.
