Ex-Minister of Agrarian Policy Prysiazhniuk, two more persons suspected of illegal privatization of premises in Khreschatyk

Former Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Mykola Prysiazhniuk and two more persons have been informed of suspicion of the illegal privatization and legalization of premises with an area of 516.6 square meters in Khreschatyk Street in Kyiv.
"Based on the results of the investigation, on June 12, 2017 former Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Mykola Prysiazhniuk and two more persons were informed of suspicion of the illegal privatization and subsequent legalization of state property - the premises with an area of 516.6 square meters at 24 Khreschatyk Street in Kyiv belonging to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine on the basis of crimes under Part 2 of Article 364 (as amended on April 4, 2011), Part 3 and Part 5 of Article 27, Part 2 of Article 233, Part 3 and Part 5 of Article 27, Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine," spokeswoman for the prosecutor general Larysa Sarhan wrote on her Facebook page.
A number of searches have been conducted at the property of the suspects, as well as the officials of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. The illegally privatized property has been seized.
