Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko has said he had decided to appoint Maksym Melnychuk as the head of Kyiv Regional State Administration Maksym Melnychuk.

"I have decided to appoint Maksym Melnychuk," the president said, presenting the new head of the regional state administration on Wednesday.
