EU Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini will visit Ukraine and Georgia on November 9-10 as legs of her trip to the Eastern Partnership countries, says a communique released by the European External Action Service in Brussels on Friday.

"On Monday in Kyiv she will meet the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk and Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin. She will meet the Speaker of Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman as well as representatives of political factions in the parliament," the communique said.

She is also due to speak with civil society organizations and the leaders of the Crimean Tatars.

"In Tbilisi on Tuesday the agenda of the HRVP includes meetings with President Giorgi Margvelashvili, Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and Foreign Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili," it said.

She will also meet the Chairman of the Parliament David Usupashvili and leaders of the parliamentary factions, as well as civil society.

"Federica Mogherini will speak at the International High Level Conference "Achieving Gender Equality" and pay a field visit to the Administrative Boundary Line, with the EU's Monitoring Mission," the communique said.
