Cabinet amends resolution on prolonging term of stay for foreigners in Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has amended resolution No. 150, dated February 15, 2012, on procedures prolonging term of stay and extending or shortening the term of temporary stay of foreigners and stateless citizens in Ukraine.
This is stipulated in government resolution No. 163, dated March 31, 2015.
From now on, foreign citizens who entered Ukraine with visas, and stateless persons, can temporarily stay in Ukraine for the duration specified in their visas, unless Ukraine's international agreements establish another term.
Foreigners that can enter Ukraine without a visa can stay in Ukraine for 90 days within a 180-day period, unless another term is established by Ukraine's international agreements. The procedure of defining the above-mentioned term is established by the Interior Ministry of Ukraine.
Foreigners and stateless persons can stay in Ukraine for up to 90 days within a 180-days period if they entered the country with a visa registered before September 11, 2011.
