OSCE SMM deputy chief monitor Hug to visit eastern Ukraine on Feb 16-17

Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine, Alexander Hug, will visit eastern Ukraine on February 16-17, the organization has reported on its website.

"He [Hug] will meet the SMM team working in Kramatorsk, conduct meetings with the Joint Center for Control and Co-ordination (JCCC) and other interlocutors, and assess the security situation in Debaltseve," the report said.
