Kyiv City State Administration has announced tenders to attract investors in the construction of four residential complexes with 1,287 apartments with a total area of 100,672 square meters worth UAH 876.436 million (including VAT) on 2.71 hectares in Darnytsky, Desniansky, Solomiansky and Holosiyevsky districts of Kyiv.

According to the announcement in the Khreschatyk newspaper of November 4, the implementation of these projects foresees, in particular, the investors' transferring apartments at a level of 6-10%, but in general not less than 4,612 square meters of total usable area of the objects, to the victims of activities of the Elita-Center group of investment and construction companies.

Thus, the construction of a 25-storey residential building (with a total area of 67,587 square meters) with 920 apartments (the total area of 47,422 square meters, the share of the victims of Elita-Center is 6% but not less than 2,870 square meters) with a parking lot (a total area of 817 square meters) with the estimated cost of UAH 608.279 million is planned on a site of 1.9 hectares at the intersection of Zdolbunivska Street and Teplovozna Street in Darnytsky district.

The construction of a 14-22-storey residential building (the total area of 18,541 square meters) with 210 apartments (a total area of 11,241 square meters, the share of Elita-Center victims is 6% but not less than 694 square meters) with an underground parking lot (a total area of 915 square meters) with the estimated value of UAH 141.048 million is planned on a site of 0.524 hectares on Myloslavska Street in Desniansky district.
