OSCE secretary general wants presidential elections to unite Ukraine

OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier told reporters in Kyiv on Friday he believes the upcoming presidential elections in Ukraine should unite the country, not divide it.

Zannier believes that only the people of Ukraine should create conditions for successful elections and determine the future of their country.
