French European affairs minister to attend OSCE Ministerial Council in Kyiv

French Minister for European Affairs Thierry Repentin will represent France at the 20th OSCE Ministerial Council in Kyiv, spokesperson for the French Foreign Ministry has announced on Wednesday.

"France attaches great importance to the OSCE activities in the spheres of human rights and the observation of obligations in the sphere by each OSCE participating state," the spokesperson said, adding that Repentin will meet with representatives of the Ukrainian civil society in Kyiv.
