Windrose from October 25 to launch flights to Dominican Republic

Windrose (Kyiv) from October 25, 2013 will launch flights to Punta Cana (the Dominican Republic).

According to the press service of the airline, flights will be operated on Tuesdays and Fridays.

According to the air carrier's reservation system, the price of a return ticket will be $1,500.

As reported, Windrose from October 23 will begin operating flights on the Kyiv-Bangkok route on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays on board a long-haul Airbus 330 aircraft, which the airline plans to acquire.

Windrose also plans to launch a long-haul flight to Colombo during the winter navigation of 2013-2014.

Earlier Windrose was assigned the following routes: Kyiv-Sofia, Kyiv-Barcelona, Kyiv-Tenerife, Kyiv-Palma de Majorca, Donetsk-Barcelona, and Kharkiv-Barcelona. The company also was assigned to make long-haul flights from Kyiv to Colombo and Kyiv to Bangkok.

Windrose was established in 2003. The company's fleet includes five medium-haul Airbus 321s and four Airbus 320s.
