"The optimization of the administration's structure is designed to ensure the fulfillment of a number of key tasks defined by the Ukrainian president. Firstly, the issue concerns the implementation of his social initiatives. Secondly, it's the question of improving the effectiveness of the head of state's communication with the public. Thirdly, it's the development of humanitarian and social aspects of the authorities' work," Liovochkin said.

In particular, he said that it had been decided to strengthen the work of the main department for reform of the social sphere and the department for applications from citizens.
