Funds from placing of eurobonds by Ukraine arrive to country on Monday, says finance minister
Funds of $600 million from an additional placement of eurobonds by Ukraine arrived in the country on Monday, Finance Minister Yuriy Kolobov said at a meeting at the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).
"We obtained the funds from the additional placement today," he said.
He said that the considerable improvement of the placement rate was a good signal.

As reported, the Finance Ministry of Ukraine earlier placed five-year eurobonds worth $600 million at 107.125% of their face value, at 7.46% per annum, while the initial placement in the middle of July 2012 was carried out at the face value of the bonds, and at 9.25% per annum.
The Finance Ministry on July 18, 2012 placed five-year eurobonds worth $2 billion at 100% of their face value or 9.25% per annum.
