Justice Ministry intends to recover property, corporate rights from ex-president of Motor Sich, ex-general director of Borysfen-Avia in court

The Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to recover from ex-president of JSC Motor Sich Viacheslav Bohuslayev and ex-general director of Borysfen-Avia LLC Petro Kononenko 30 units of real estate and corporate rights in more than 10 legal entities in favor of the state, the department's website reported on Monday.

"We inform you that on January 22, 2024, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine filed a statement of claim with the High Anti-Corruption Court for the application of the sanction provided for in Paragraph 11 of Part 1 of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine on sanctions against Viacheslav Oleksandrovych Bohuslayev and Petro Ivanovych Kononenko," the message states. .

The Ministry of Justice asks the court to recover from Bohuslayev and Kononenko, who are "connected by constant business ties," more than 30 units of real estate (residential/non-residential premises, land plots), as well as corporate rights in more than 10 legal entities.

We are talking, in particular, about shares that in a number of enterprises reach 100% in the authorized capital of Insurance Company MOTOR-GARANT, Vinnytsia Aviation Plant LLC, MSB HELICOPTERS LLC, and their shares in the charter capital of FIRM ZHEKON LLC.

The subject of the claim also includes trademarks and patents for industrial designs and firearms.

Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) reported that the investigation into the case on charges of working for the Russian occupiers of ex-president of JSC Motor Sich Viacheslav Bohuslayev and the director of the enterprise department was completed and transferred to court.

As part of criminal proceedings, all property of the accused was seized for a total amount of more than UAH 12 billion.
