The amount of funds on the single treasury account of Ukraine as of July 1 was UAH 13 billion, while the sum on the foreign currency accounts of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine was UAH 81.1 billion (in the hryvnia equivalent), Finance Minister Oksana Markarova has said.

"What is enough for servicing and repaying public debt," she said on Facebook before the official visit of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to Canada, in which she participates.

Earlier, the Ministry of Finance reported that as of June 3 the funds on the single treasury account amounted to UAH 29.5 billion, and an extra UAH 49.7 billion was on the treasury's foreign currency accounts on that date, which was also generally sufficient for servicing and paying public debt.

Ukraine on June 20 received EUR1 billion from the placement of seven-year eurobonds at 6.75% per annum.
