DTEK Energy posted UAH 5.404 billion in net profit in January-June 2018, its net profit in the second quarter of 2018 alone was UAH 1.06 billion, according to a report on the company's website.

The company told Interfax-Ukraine that the report for the first half of 2018 does not take into account the lost revenue caused by the loss of enterprises in the uncontrolled territory in Donbas.

DTEK Energy's revenue in the first half of the year was UAH 83.181 billion, UAH 36.8 billion in the second quarter. Gross profit in January-June-2018 amounted to UAH 9.484 billion, including UAH 4.312 billion in the second quarter.

As reported, DTEK Energy invested UAH 3.3 billion in modernization and development of its enterprises in January-June 2018.
