DTEK Trading LLC (Kyiv) and DTEK Dobropilliavuhillia LLC (Donetsk region) intend to provide Svitlo Shakhtaria machine building plant (Kharkiv) with interest-free renewable financial assistance of UAH 300 million (UAH 150 million each).

According to a report by PJSC Svitlo Shakhtaria in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market, the decision to sign the relevant contracts with DTEK Trading and DTEK Dobropilliavuhillia for the period until March 5, 2018 was approved by the plant supervisory board on December 12.

The value of the assets of PJSC Svitlo Shakhtaria, according to annual reports 2016, is UAH 1.534 billion.

As reported, DTEK Energy, part of DTEK Holding, has recently acquired shares in PJSC Svitlo Shakhtaria, as well as Druzhkivka Machine Building Plant and Mining Machines LLC, which were formerly part of Corum Group.

DTEK Energy is the operating company responsible for coal mining, generation and distribution of electricity in the structure of DTEK Holding.
