UIA will start flights from Kyiv to Delhi on May 1, 2018

Ukraine International Airlines (UIA, Kyiv), the country's largest airline, will begin direct flights between Kyiv and Delhi on May 1, 2018.

According to the press service of the company, new flights between Ukraine and India lasting 6 hours and 50 minutes will be carried out three times a week, and from June 7 the frequency of flights will increase to four flights a week.

Flights from Kyiv will depart on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Flights from Delhi will be on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Flights will be operated on board Boeing 767-300 aircraft with three classes of service, namely business, premium economy and economy to/from the Indira Gandhi International airport.

"Delhi will be the fifth long-haul route in the UIA network and the second point connecting Ukraine with the countries of the Indian subcontinent," UIA corporate spokesperson Yevhenia Satska said.

The minimum cost of a return ticket, including all fees and taxes, from Kyiv is UAH 14,849 (the price may vary depending on fluctuations of the hryvnia to U.S. dollar exchange rate), from Delhi $529.
