Court opens Mostobud bankruptcy case under UAH 75 mln claim of Alfa-Bank

Kyiv's business court has opened a bankruptcy case against public joint-stock company Mostobud (Kyiv) under a claim of Alfa-Bank (Ukraine) seeking to collect a debt of UAH 74.61 million.

According to a posting on the website of the higher business court of Ukraine, the decision was made on February 8.

Serhiy Kitsul has been appointed property manager. The bank initiated the bankruptcy case on January 11, 2017, the court said.

The term for announcing claims of creditors to the debtor is 30 days from the moment of the official publication of the announcement on the opening of the bankruptcy case.

Mostobud was created in 1993 during the privatization of state trust Mostobud. The company is general contractor of the Podilsky bridge in Kyiv.
