British procurement agency Crown Agents as of October 10 had delivered more than 90% of medicines in natural terms (89.25% in monetary terms) purchased under the adult oncology program.

According to Crown Agents, in general the agency has supplied 88.7% of medicines under the program of child and adult oncology in natural terms (87.26% in monetary terms). In particular, 79.07% of medicines in natural terms (85.22% in monetary terms) were supplied under the pediatric oncology program – 78.64% of medicines and 91.05% of medical goods and reagents in natural terms.

In general, Crown Agents has delivered 2.81 million units of life-saving medicines to Ukraine.

Crown Agents suppliers in procurement for Ukraine are 29 companies, 45% of which are directly producers.

Crown Agents explained that "in many cases it has to work with distributors" as distributors are either the official representatives of some manufacturers and are responsible for the registration of drugs and medical products in Ukraine or provided the best price offers at the tender. In addition, some manufacturers supply their products only through authorized distributors and because of their own corporate policy do not deliver drugs directly.
