Odesa port-side plant to pay UAH 164 mln in dividends for 2015
PJSC Odesa port-side chemical plant intends to pay UAH 163.886 million in dividends for 2015.
The corresponding decision was made at a shareholders' meeting on September 15, 2016.
The term of dividend payment is from November 1, 2016 to March 15, 2017.
As reported, Odesa port-side plant owed Naftogaz Ukrainy about UAH 148 million for consumed natural gas.
The State Property Fund of Ukraine intends to hold another tender for the sale of 99.567% in Odesa port-side plant.
