Ukraine International Airlines (UIA, Kyiv) will launch flights on the Kyiv-Venice route on March 26, 2017.

According to the press service of the airline, Boeing-737 aircraft will operate on the route with two service classes (business and economy) three times a week. Flights from Kyiv to Venice will run on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, in the opposite direction - on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The price of a return economy class ticket including all taxes and fees is as follows: from Kyiv from UAH 5,815 (the price can vary depending on the fluctuations of the hryvnia to U.S. dollar exchange rate), and from Venice - from EUR255.

As reported, Wizz Air Ukraine, a subsidiary of Hungary's low-cost airline Wizz Air, previously ran the route but the company ceased functioning on April 20, 2015.

In addition, charter flights to Venice from December 2015 could be operated by IdrisKa Tour travel company, however UIA has said that the company does not offer such services.
