Court again starts case on bankruptcy of AeroSvit

The Economic Court of Kyiv region on March 4, 2015 again initiated a case on the bankruptcy of AeroSvit, which ceased operations in early 2013.

According to a report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market, the decision was stipulated in the court ruling on case No. 911/2987/13.

The decision was made due to the airline's inability to pay debts in the amount of UAH 4.44 million to Tenak LLC (Dnipropetrovsk).

Leonid Talan was again appointed airline asset manager.

As reported, AeroSvit, which was the largest Ukrainian air carrier, began bankruptcy proceedings in late December 2012, which were later canceled by a court decision, ceased operations and currently does not carry out flights.
