Court of Appeals stops procedure of AeroSvit's bankruptcy

The Kyiv Economic Court of Appeals on February 5, 2013 cancelled a decision of the Economic Court of Kyiv region to institute proceedings on the bankruptcy of PJSC AeroSvit (Kyiv), the press service of the Income and Tax Ministry has said.

"Thus, the appeal of the Boryspil joint state tax inspectorate on preventing the unjustified liquidation of the taxpayer was partially satisfied," reads a press release from the ministry.

The ministry experts assure they are operating exclusively within the law and all measures are aimed, first of all, at protecting the economic interests of the country.

"The possible creditor claims of the state to the company will be specified in the future to ensure the timely and full payment of taxes to the national and local budgets," said the ministry.

As reported, with reference to the Income and Tax Ministry, the State Tax Service of Ukraine figured out the possible creditor claims of the state within the bankruptcy of AeroSvit.

The ministry that time pointed out that the planned comprehensive inspection of the company has not been completed due to the commencement of bankruptcy proceedings.
